He should have basic Knowledge and Hand on Experience of 5 years in maintenance of Electrical, Electronics, Utility and material handling equipment

• Responsible for:

1. EQMS (Enterprise Quality Management System) Continuous development/improvement, maintenance of all enterprise process ensuring compliance to certifying bodies.
2. SQA (Supplier Quality Assurance & Development) Partnering with cross-functional teams for selection and maintenance of suppliers for raw materials and contracted services. IQC-Receiving Inspection for enterprise QA check and balance. Facilitating SCAR (Supplier Corrective Action Request) and containment actions.
3. PQA (Process Quality Assurance) Coordinating with Manufacturing and MFG Engineering FMEA (Failure Mode Effects Analysis) and PCP (Process Control Plans) development, executions, and continuous improvements. Ensuring that the cross-functional teams are adhering to process control points or the “Voice of the Process”.
4. CSG (Customer Satisfaction Group). Supporting Sale and Warranty groups to respond to customer issues on a timely basis. This includes all customary RMA (Return Material Authorization) processing, FAR (Failure Analysis reports) and Customer Corrective action (8D) generations and distribution.
5. WA (Warranty Administration) Customer interface on product returns on a timely basis in terms of issuing RMA’s, facilitating logistics for returns to the CSG team and processing replacements orders for customers.
6. NPI (New Product Introduction) Facilitating cross functional teams to ensure design intent is maintained when handed off to the factory. Also, ensure design intent meet manufacturing capability to CP/CPK and Quality KPI’s

• General requirements:

1. Minimum of 15 years’ experience QA management of electronics goods manufacturing process’s from SMT through final test and packaging. Experience in manufacturing power supplier and or controllers are a plus but not required. Familiarity with most electronic component supplier process’s is a plus.
2. Applicant MUST possess a strong propensity for logical problem solving with the capacity facilitate and teach others.
3. Applicant will report functionally to the Global Director of Quality, while maintaining a an active role as a cross-functional team member to the Operations Manager.
4. Applicant must be fluent in English both in writing and speaking.
5. Should have good presentation skills

• Generate leads and meet prospective customers on field
• Cold calling the leads to generate prospective meeting appointments
• Walk-in /Cold Calls to visit corporate companies to promote business
• Cross & Up sale.
• Understand market and competition product and services.
• Direct responsibility for identifying, qualifying, developing, proposing and closing new opportunities.
• Identify and enter new market segments.
• Introduce, Maintain & Grow client relationships to meet and exceed sales goals
• Follow up for all quotes sent.  
• Coordinating with the Accounts Dept for Invoicing.
• Coordinating with Logistics for Dispatch of Material.  
• Coordinating with Client for dispatch of Spares / Goods
• Coordinating with Service Engineers for Service Pan India.  
• Follow up with Clients post Service. 
• AMC Quotes and Follow Up with Clients.

To prepare GRNs of incoming materials and other documents related to dispatches of outgoing goods.
Arrange the stocks

(a) to locate and retrieve easily

(c) to avoid any accidents due to leakages etc.
To ensure timely dispatch of Finished Goods and Free samples to the customers.
To move material to and from external warehouses for effective utilization of storage space available
Inventory management 

Day to day functioning of the stores department

Knowledge of GST related activities and Eway bill
Coordination with planning and logistics coordinators for daily dispatches based on the clear orders available and dispatch plan. 
Record the transactions to know the stocks position on day-to-day basis. 

Responsible for all activities related to store department
